PROJECTS

ONE 10 STUDIO strives to deliver a built project rather than only a design.

An architect’s dream is to realize design through built work. Our Studio of architects leads a complete inclusive process from the inception of our client’s ideas through construction management to owner occupancy, realizing our client’s dreams. This notion differentiates us from many architectural practices. Mies van der Rohe summarized it best when he said “Architecture begins when you place two bricks carefully together”

STUDIO
CULTURE

Our motto: “the best idea wins.”

Our open studio provides a collegial environment where the sum of the team’s efforts far exceeds any one individual’s accomplishments. Client engagement and participation is crucial to our process and we invite our clients to be part of the team, from beginning to end. We care deeply about good architecture and want our clients to care alongside us. Our studio is driven by our relationships and quality architecture is the product of shared vision within these relationships. This is how each project at ONE 10 STUDIO is able to develop its own distinctive quality and personality.

FIRM
APPROACH

We believe in good design.

High-quality design has the power to create innovative environments and affect positive change in our cities, neighborhoods and lives. As an Indianapolis-based architecture studio, it is our goal at ONE 10 STUDIO to deliver excellent design on every project, resulting in award-winning architecture. We assemble collaborative teams tailored to individual projects and clients where everyone can succeed. Instead of restricting our practice to specific markets, we strive for challenging design opportunities, with the belief that good design is good business. Thoughtful, highly-crafted architecture can and should occur anywhere, anytime and at any budget.
